Sonex-B is a kitplane designed by Sonex Aircraft. It is a single-engine, two-seat Light-Sport Aircraft with several configurations available.
As the second-ever aircraft for the Build Team, Sonex is the team’s attempt on a more aerodynamic design for its performance, as oppose to the Zenith as a workhorse. So far, the team has purchased the tail kit of the aircraft for a trial build, and has completed the overall structure of the horizontal stabilizer. Further constructions will begin as soon as the build of the Zenith is completed.
